The Delray Village Shoppes is a project consisting of 3 separate buildings located on 7 acres in South Delray Beach. Full site development. Construction consists of CMU walls, Storefront Glazing, Metal and Modified roofing systems, and Heavy Timber Framing. Portions of tenant improvements are also included.

This project was the second bank built by Gulfstream Business Bank. What was seen as a small parcel of land turned into a beautiful two-story office building with the bank occupying the first floor which included drive-thru tellers and the second story consisted of professional office space for lease.
