5th Avenue at Delray
Mouw Associates, Inc. was contracted to construct the shell only. This project was very ambitious. There is an entire parking level below grade and into the water table. The entire site had to be sheet piled, dewatered 24/7 (6 months), and special night pours starting at 12:00 am.
