Office Depot relocated their corporate headquarters to the former IBM Campus in Delray Beach, Florida in the early 1990’s. The existing campus consisted of three, four story buildings, totaling 480,000 square feet, which required total renovations and buildout. Over the eight years of service, Mouw Associates, Inc. continued to provide all construction services to meet the ever-growing requirement for Office Depot.
