Comprehensive Cardiovascular Center

Project consisted of a four story addition and build out of existing shelled space which included adding 31 Private Patient rooms, 8 CVICU Private rooms, 10 Prep/Recovery rooms, 2 Operating rooms, 2 Cath Labs, 1 EP Lab, 2 Nuclear Camera rooms, 1 Hot Lab, New Main Lobby, and all support services. High end finishes were selected along with the latest state of the art equipment to make this the most sought after comprehensive heart center in the country.

Strict ICRA plans and policies were implemented throughout the construction process. Interim Life-safety measures were checked daily along with all infectious control risk assessment procedures to make sure compliance was maintained. The fit-up of the existing shelled spaces made this project difficult working over the existing main lobby as well as the emergency department which are both open 24 hours a day.
