Since construction began at the Atlantic Crossing project on June 1st, Mouw Associates, Inc. has been hard at work driving in sheet piles, excavating, and relocating utilities. We anticipate continued success and steady progress as we head towards the end of Summer.

Mouw Associates, Inc. was recently awarded the Bear Lakes Country Club Renovation project. Currently, we are involved in the preconstruction process and looking forward to a Spring 2018 start date.
A very tight schedule, combined with a hurricane, made for a very challenging project; however, Mouw Associates, Inc. was able to complete this project before Thanksgiving. This allowed members full use of facilities at the beginning of the club’s winter season.
Mouw Associates, Inc will be starting a three phase project for Gulfstream Bath and Tennis over the summer of 2017. Project consists of renovation of the fitness center, tennis parking lot, and renovation of the main club. Stay tuned for project updates.
Mouw Associates, Inc has just started on a house in the marina district of Delray Beach. Project consists of relocating a historic home and cottage and building a new house and also additions.
Mouw Associates, Inc has been awarded the Bethesda East Clinic renovation. This renovation is on the 1st floor of the hospital and consists of adding exams rooms for outpatient.
A new estate home will be constructed in the exclusive town of gulfstream. This home is being constructed on a empty lot on the intercostal waterway. Work is expected to start by the end of the year. Stay tune for project updates.
Work is underway in the Village of Golf, FL on a large Estate Home over 8,000 square feet. This custom home has been designed by Shane Ames Architecture. Stay Tuned for Project Updates.
Mouw Associates, Inc has just begun work on converting an OR to an EVOR. This project is fast tracked and in a highly sensitive area. Work is expected to be complete in April of 2015.
Mouw has just recently took over on a home under construction in east Delray Beach, FL on A1A. Interior Drywall work has started and the project is back underway. Stay tuned for project updates in the residential sector.
Work has just been completed on renovating the entire cafeteria and kitchen at Bethesda East Hospital. Also the Dr’s Dining room was also remodeled.
Mouw Associates, Inc has been awarded the construction of the new Royal Palm Yacht and Country Club located in Boca Raton, Florida. Construction is expected to being April 2015. Stay tuned for project updates.
Work is commencing on several homes in the Village of Golf. These projects consist of entire home remodels and will result in beautiful new additions to the community. Stay tuned for these projects to appear in the residential sector.
Sitework will start for a brand new luxury home in the Village of Golf. This home has been designed by Bridges Marsh and Associates. The new home will be around 7,500 square feet.
Groundbreaking will commence on Delray Village Shops which consists of 7 acres of full site development and 3 free standing buildings totaling over 50,000 square feet.

Two homes will be renovated and additions will be put on both homes in the Village of Golf starting May 1st. One of the architects is out of California and the other architect is Mark Marsh with Bridges Marsh and Associates, Inc.
Minor renovations will start this summer on the existing Gulf Stream Bath and Tennis Club.

Permits have been received and construction has started on an old historic home in Gulf Stream.
Bethesda West Hospital Project has received its Certificate of Occupancy and has passed all AHCA inspections. Project was delivered 4 months ahead of schedule and under budget. Hospital’s first patient was treated on Jan. 8th, 2013.
